Rob Lipnos is a Graphic Designer based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Robert is a graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication Design while minoring in Advertising. At Kent State, he joined the Kent State Athletic Department in 2019 where he evolved into the department's Lead Graphic Designer while working between the Athletics Marketing Department as well as the Athletics Communications Department. 
In 2021, Rob joined the Pittsburgh Steelers as a full-time Graphic Design Intern. In Pittsburgh, he worked closely with the Director of Creative Services where they developed the creative toolkits & overall team branding for the 2021  & 2022 seasons. 
In 2022, Rob joined Bradley University Athletics in Peoria, IL as the Director of Creative & Social Media.
As an avid sports fan, Rob focuses on designing for sports. Whether it be advertising, in-game production, or social media designs, Rob's passion is to connect all forms of media to the overall fan experience. Rob attributes his love of sports design to attending many sporting events, including hundreds of Cleveland Guardians & Cleveland Cavaliers games where he became inspired by the works of their graphics teams. While not designing, Rob can be found on a golf course, exploring national & state parks, as well as attending various sporting events.
